About Me:
Several years ago, I felt out of integrity when coaching my clients toward their Extreme Dreams when I wasn't living mine. Finally, I got up the courage in January 2007 to live mine so I rented out my house and high-tailed it to Spain (my Extreme Dream) to volunteer in a small pueblo. My boyfriend, family and friends patiently awaited my return back to the States after my European excursion of 6 months with no cell phone, pager, or computer.
Prior to leaving, my coaching practice was called Coaching in Motion. I shut it down while I was away and really had no clue what I was going to do when I came back to the US. Upon my return late in the summer of 2007, I was jobless had no income and moved to a completely different area in the US (Hollywood). While a little nervous and afraid of what the future would bring, I decided to be still and listen to my inner voice tell me what I was supposed to do. I heard I was supposed to be an inspirtational speaker and continue to coach. Thus, I changed "Coaching in Motion" to Extreme Dream Training and Coaching International where I inspire people to no longer be status quo, buck the system, live unconventionally and go after their heart's biggest, fattest desires! Most of my clients are entrepreneurs, go-getters and small businesses.
Today, I sit before you in integrity as I work my personal 4-step Extreme Dream plan daily. I admit, I am a work in progress and at times, it is really tough! But, I know if I expect to lead others to their passions, purpose, and heart's desires, I know I've got to be living it as well.

Last year, I quit my full-time job, closed down my coaching practice, rented out my condo to incredible tenants and moved to Europe to explore my extreme dream of moving to Spain and Portugal. Life had taken an incredible turn for me when I designed this new path of deliberate creation and flow. It seemed nothing could go wrong.
I moved back to the States in the summer of 2007 not knowing what would be next for me. Would I start my coaching practice again or would I get a full-time job.?After s… Continue

I am over here doing my money dance for you and me. Its been awhile since I had a just to post. My latest blogs are getting lonely on my page, make a visit, and leave a comment. Did I mention that I need your email address for my monthly newsletter. Have a DIVAFUL week!
Thank you for your patience with me. I have been out of town for nearly three weeks dealing with some not-so-fun situations. I've learned, though, that all of us have tough times but these difficult circumstances are what teach us the most. Think about it: When have you learned the most in your life? Generally, it is when something out of the ordinary occurred and you had to reframe your thinking, bounce back quickly, change perspectives, and find the good in the bad, right?
I just flew back from a quick 2-day trip to Omaha, Nebraska because a friend and former colleague killed herself. We were all left wondering why this amazing woman with so much talent would end her life at 30. I was distraught and could not keep it together at the funeral but as I sat and reflected over her life and the situation, I realized how much I was learning.
I learned:
1. To value everybody in my life and tell them so
2. To value my life and remind myself constantly to operate from gratitude
3. To laugh, smile and live life everyday fully
4. To know that times will get tough but they are the ones that teach me so much
5. To be honest, authentic, true, sincere with myself and others
6. To operate from faith and not desperation
7. To celebrate this great thing life and grab it by the horns
I share this situation with you not to bring you down but to lift you up. Life is relative, right? We all have things going on, some worse than others. Challenge yourself to step out of the situation and ask, "What would he/she do?" or "How do I ideally want to handle this?"
Thank you for your loving comments and hope to see you on the "wall" soon. I have to admit, I am still learning how to work this Divapreneur thing, hee, hee...
