Wow! What a great network! I'm so excited to have found you all and am learning so much already. It's hard for me to get away from this place...it's late and well past my bedtime. As for the Wii gadget....probably not something I would buy--at least not at $160 bucks.

Interesting new toy / gadget. It actually does a lot of things other than just let you play games on it. According to the description it has a body test you can do on a daily basis which measures your center of balance, Body Mass Index and what they are calling your Wii Fit Age!?!? It has 4 different training modes: Balance Games, Aerobics, Yoga and Strength Training! It appears to be like a little fitness computer. On E-Bay right now you can get one for 159.95 with free standard shipping.
What are your thoughts on this? Would having this change your fitness program? Do you think these are targeted to the 30+ crowd or is this the attempt to get kid who are glued to the game consol moving and fitness educated?
